1) ZZ Top is considered to be the longest running American band without any band members changing.

 

 

2) Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard were all born in the same year: 1949.

3) In the year 2000, bassist Dusty Hill was diagnosed with Hepatitis C.

4) At one of their first shows in 1970, only one person came. They bought the single attendee a coke.

 

 

5) During their 5th album tour, ZZ Top had live animals accompany them onstage which included: vultures, buffaloes and rattlesnakes. While on stage during a show, a buffalo rammed open the rattlesnake cage.
